Adams Guest Check Pads are the perfect 1-part check for busy wait staff. Thick tag paper holds up to rough treatment in front of house and back of house. Consecutively numbered above and below the perforated fold for simple tracking. The perforated bottom stub becomes your customer s receipt. Thank You and additional lines for notes are printed on back for convenience. Pad measures 3-2/5 x 6-1/4 and comes with 5 sheets per pad in a convenient 10 pack.
