Caran d’Ache Neocolor II Water Soluble Wax Pastels have been created for the most exacting requirements of artists, illustrators, and graphic artists. Neocolor II Wax Pastels come in a range of 126 individual colours. They are water-soluble, soft, and easy to work with, achieving strong, bright colours and excellent lightfastness. They are very economical thanks to their exceptional covering power. Experiment with dry or wet drawing on all materials, achieving watercolour effects, washes, and the ability to scrape out. Also suitable for use on (illuminated) signs and panels!
