The top half of each page is blank for artwork or doodles while the bottom half is printed with solid and dotted line primary ruling. Letters are positioned using a red baseline and the narrow line width helps with pencil control. Book bound binding is smooth and keeps pages securely in place. It’s perfect for creative writing exercises and is appropriate for Grade K-2 level students. The inside cover has manuscript alphabet for easy reference. There’s even space on the front cover for the student’s name so it’s easy to find the owner if it gets misplaced. Each page measures 9 1/2 x 7 1/2.
