The AT-4500 Calculating time clock will record employee punch times and will add up regular and overtime hours worked right on employee s time card; it accommodates up to 50-employees. There are no buttons for the employee to push when clocking in or out – they simply drop in their time card for automatic feed and punch recording; running daily and pay period totals are displayed on the card for quick reference. This time clock accommodates any pay cycle (weekly bi-weekly semi-monthly or monthly). Up to 63 total punch times can be recorded on each time card during any giving pay cycle. Features of the time clock include: quick and easy setup with guided menu large display automatic card feed and more. Complete bundle kit includes the clock instruction manual installed ribbon 1-pack of time cards and a set of 2 keys. Print as well as Display formats can be set to employer s preference with options for regular time (AM/PM) or Military format (0-24.) Minutes can be displayed in either normal (0-60) or hundredths of hour (0-100) for those who find this setting to be best for calculating pay rate.
